More Knowledge about Termidesk
The Academy of Information Systems, one of the leading Russian training centers for information security and IT, has launched an advanced training course "TERMIDESK. Installation, configuration and management" from ASTRA Group of Companies
On June 16, 2022, the first students of the new authorized course received professional development certificates confirming their competencies and practical skills in working with the Termidesk virtual workplace connection manager and the "Termidesk for Astra" extension.
The Termidesk for Astra extension is an additional component of the Brest virtualization system for organizing a secure virtual workplace infrastructure. The solution allows you to create, use, modify, store and administer them, including providing remote access to them.
As part of the training, the following issues are considered in detail in practice:
- introduction to Termidesk;
- connection manager;
- virtual workstations;
- connection client capabilities;
- creation of virtual workplace funds;
- management of linked clones;
- using the admin interface;
- security management;
- command line options;
- monitoring;
- performance and scalability;
- final certification.
